By using hagiangstay.com you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully, especially if you are a business owner on a paid plan.
1. Information on the site
Business details, prices, opening hours and the status of places are for reference only and may change. Some names and locations come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors) and are credited; free-licence photos credit their authors.
Please double-check with the business before you go. HaGiangStay is not responsible for service quality, prices or any transaction between you and a business.
In an emergency always call 112, 113, 114 or 115 first; the medical and repair lists on the SOS page are for assistance only.
2. Reviews
Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We may hide fake reviews, spam, advertising or abusive content. Paying cannot remove genuine reviews.
3. Listing plans for business owners
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro, Pro+, VIP) are monthly, paid in advance by bank transfer at the prices published on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
No automatic renewal and no automatic charges. After expiry there is a 5-day grace period; then the listing returns to Free and its details and photos are kept.
Upgrades take effect the same day. Activated plans are non-refundable, unless HaGiangStay fails to provide the plan's benefits – in that case we refund the remaining time.
Owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and photos they provide, and allow HaGiangStay to display them on the site and HaGiangStay's social channels.
Bookings made by HaGiangStay on a guest's behalf carry a commission agreed in advance; guests who contact you directly carry no commission.
4. Prohibited use
Posting false information, impersonating another business, spamming our forms, or bulk-copying the site's data for commercial purposes without permission.
5. Donations
Donations are voluntary, come with no listing benefits and are non-refundable.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. For any question please contact HaGiangStay by phone / Zalo at the bottom of this page.
