Send your business name, address, phone number, prices (rooms, dishes, rentals…) and a few good photos.

Pay by QR bank transfer
Paid plans only. Use your listing code (e.g. HGS0012 or HGP0012) as the transfer note.

Live within 24 hours
We publish your listing, check it with you, and remind you before your plan expires.
Frequently asked questions
›What if my plan expires before I renew?
You get a 5-day grace period with your plan unchanged. After that your listing moves to Free – nothing is deleted, your photos and description are kept and come back as soon as you renew.
›Am I charged automatically every month?
No. You only pay when you choose to renew, by QR bank transfer. We remind you on Zalo before it expires.
›Can I upgrade or switch plans?
Yes. Upgrading to Pro+ or VIP takes effect the same day.
›Can paying remove bad reviews?
No. Genuine guest reviews always stay – that is why travellers trust HaGiangStay. We only hide spam, fake reviews or abusive content.
›Do I pay commission on bookings?
Not when guests call or message you themselves. Only bookings that HaGiangStay makes on a guest's behalf carry a commission, at a rate agreed with you in advance.
›What is HaGiangStay's booking help?
Some guests can't call you – foreign travellers who don't speak Vietnamese, groups, people booking from far away. They ask HaGiangStay: we contact you, take the guest's deposit and pass the booking to you. More guests for you, no extra work.
